Services:

Residential and Commercial Window cleaning:
We provide; retail, commercial and residential window cleaning.  Our window service always includes the proper clean-up of sills, mullions and surrounding areas.

Pressure-Washing:
We provide pressure washing to walkways, curbs, parking lots, complete buildings and shopping carts.   We can remove dirt, debris, moss, graffiti, and many other unsightly nuisances.  Avoid a slippery, unsafe condition by keeping walkways free of moss and algae.  We offer “Hot” or “Cold” cleaning.

Gutters:
We will be happy to clean the interior and exteriors surfaces of gutters. Directing water flow away from your house properly will protect your foundation, keep stains from developing on your siding, keeps walkways ice-free in the wintertime and helps prevent water penetration.

Moss Removal/Treatment:
Moss can be a troublesome nuisance in the Pacific Northwest Region. Moss and algae grow actively in wet weather. Fungi is found on rooftops, decks, lawns, walkways, typically the north facing or shady sides of outdoor structures.

Miscellaneous:
We provide multiple services with difficult access situations such as light bulb replacement and high dusting.  If you need something that is out of reach with normal accessing equipment, we have the equipment and experience to take care of your special needs.

We meet all city, state, and federal licensing requirements. Our insurance coverage includes Commercial General Liability, Property, Operations, and Auto. This insurance covers all window cleaning operations including high-rise window cleaning. Additional insurance information is provided upon request.

We provide proper signage and work practices to ensure the public’s safety. MSDS will be provided upon request. Staying current with the industry’s safety standards and our continuing commitment to training makes us skilled in the safe operation of all windows accessing equipment; ladders, man lift operations, bosun’s chair, and swing stages (operation and rigging).
